About our Products

Are all your pieces handmade?

Yes — every item is poured, finished, and packaged by hand in my studio. This means no two pieces are exactly the same. Slight variations in colour, pattern, and small air bubbles are part of the beauty and uniqueness of resin artistry.

What materials do you use?

I use high-quality, food-safe resin, mica pigments, metallic flakes, botanicals, and other carefully chosen elements to create each design.

Are your pieces food-safe?

Yes — all servingware is safe for cold, dry foods. They are not suitable for hot food, microwaves, ovens, or dishwashers.

Where are your products manufactured?

All items are hand-crafted in my home studio in Surrey.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes — I offer commissions for trays, bowls, coasters, and more. See my Commissions page for details on the process.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my resin piece?

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, sponges, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Will my piece scratch or break?

Resin is durable but can scratch if handled roughly. Treat it with care and store it safely when not in use.

Ordering & Lead Times

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. This allows time for quality checks and careful packaging.

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK and most countries globally. If you wish to arrange shipping to an unusual location please get in touch at hello@krystalsresinkitchen.com

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, I accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

Gift Options

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes — gift wrapping can be added at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I send an order directly to the recipient?

Absolutely — just enter their shipping details at checkout and include a note in the order comments.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available in various denominations and can be used on any item, including custom orders. .
