We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Every piece in our shop is handcrafted with care, and no two are ever exactly alike. Please read our policy before placing your order.
Handmade Variations
Our resin products are individually poured, meaning slight variations in colour, pattern, and gold leaf placement are part of their unique charm — not faults. Small bubbles, pigment shifts, or texture changes are normal in handmade resin work.
Returns

Non-personalised items: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or personalised items: We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange for non-personalised items returned within the 14-day period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
