Workshop Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All workshop spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.


2. Cancellations & Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the name change in advance.

In the unlikely event that Krystals Resin Kitchen needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered:

  • a transfer to a future date, or

  • a full refund


3. Minimum Numbers

Workshops require a minimum number of attendees to run.

If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to reschedule the event. In this case, you will be offered:

  • a transfer to an alternative date, or

  • a full refund


4. Arrival Time & Late Attendance

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop start time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will already be in progress and for health & safety and experience reasons you will not be able to join.

In this situation, your booking will be treated as a non-attendance and no refund will be given. You will need to rebook onto a future workshop.


5. Workshop Content & Materials

All images used in our marketing are for illustrative purposes.

Materials, colours, moulds, flowers and finishes may vary slightly depending on availability and suppliers.

We always make every effort to ensure the workshop experience, quality and outcome are in line with what is advertised and that you leave with a beautiful piece you are proud of.


6. Health & Safety

By booking a workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided during the session

  • You will use all tools, equipment and materials responsibly

  • You participate at your own risk

Krystals Resin Kitchen accepts no liability for:

  • injuries resulting from misuse of tools or materials

  • allergic reactions to materials used during the workshop

  • damage to personal belongings

If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please contact us in advance to discuss suitability.


7. Alcohol at Venue-Based Events

At venues where alcohol is served:

  • Guests must be 18 or over

  • Please drink responsibly

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving in a way that may affect the safety or enjoyment of others. No refund will be given in this situation.


8. Your Finished Piece

Resin and eco-resin are hand-cast materials and small air bubbles, slight surface variations and colour differences are a natural part of the process and make each piece unique.

These are not considered faults.


9. Photography & Filming

Photographs and videos may be taken during workshops for use on our website and social media.

If you would prefer not to appear in any images, please let us know at the start of the session.


10. Personal Belongings

Krystals Resin Kitchen accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items during the workshop.

12. Third-Party Venues

Some workshops take place at third-party venues. In these cases, guests must also comply with the venue’s own terms, conditions and safety requirements.
